Noise Monitoring Devices

Need one for outdoors. Not worried about any of the other features. Looking at Minut and NoiseAware. 

Has anyone used either? What have your experiences been?

Neighbors should take this up with the noise makers--why get involved in someones outdoors activities (???).

If its over the limit the neighbor calls the police or asks the noisemakers to tone it down a little.
