I was introduced to the industry several years ago, however my belief level and mindset was way off.

Virtual Assistants are a powerful tool in the real estate industry!

The tech industry is booming like crazy with Amazon, Microsoft and other players.  

The Triangle is less volatile, for now, but it is still tied to a single industry.  

I have 2 quotes in to replace the roof (asphalt) and hope to have the work complete in ~ 1 month.3. 4 of the 5 units have 60 amp electric service.

My question is this; as a new real estate investor getting into the industry as a beginning wholesaler, what is the best way to go about finding homes and deals?

It's an area filled with sharks and people that really don't know the industry though so be careful. 

I am brand new to the real estate investing industry and looking to network!

My own background is in high-tech, and although I don't agree with a lot of the brainwashing they make you endure during 4 years of university (and afterwards in industry), I will have to say that becoming an engineer/software developer is one of the best majors you can graduate with because you get a lot of "bang for your buck".

With that being said I have submerged myself in everything real estate, in the process of getting a job in an entre-level position at KW to learn more about the industry, possible looking to obtain my RE license, and have a goal timeline with myself to own my first investment property in 2 years!
