Hello RealEstate newbies, professionals and cream of the business. My name is Shuja Ul Hassan and I belong to the amazing city of Lahore based in Pakistan. I am really excited to join BiggerPockets and super eager to learn anything for now as I feel I have to learn the ABC of Real Estate yet. I am not in the professional league here and neither I have any experience with real estate investment personally but I have just helped real estate agents and brokers and lenders in helping promoting their business and selling their listings online. Before you get confused what 'REVA' is in my subject title its an ongoing latest term used for 'Real Estate Virtual Assistant'.

My aim here is to learn as much as possible with the detailed knowledge of real estate terms and all the different types of foreclosures, mortgages and buying and selling problems especially home owners face or people who face bank interventions for forced home foreclosures. This is my goal here otherwise yet I feel like a novice on learning about the land values, feasible properties selection criteria and how to place a good listing and a house for selling.

I am a born socializer and love to network with all kind of people so I would love to reach out to you all and interact and provide you any help with researching and free small favours of providing assistance in whichever whatever I can.
