Young and ambitious newbie from Ann Arbor MI

Greetings!

I am brand new to the real estate investing industry and looking to network! I'm planning on doing my first wholesale deal this summer, and starting to build my rental portfolio within the next couple years. Since I am new to the business, can anyone recommend any good books or materials to look over as I start my real estate journey? I just attended a three day workshop and am STOKED to get out there and start crushing deals!
