I am a new investor and I am in the early phases of putting a team together to break into the Cleveland, Ohio Market.I would really appreciate it if you could please post or DM those PM's/Real Estate Agents/Lenders you would recommend (and also those to avoid).I know PM's could make or break your business, so that would be the priority; I would however like to get contacts for Real Estate Agents and Lenders as well.I would also appreciate if you could share your experiences, knowledge (areas to invest; areas to avoid), general tips etc.Thank you in advance!
