AirBnB I was going to beta test it to see what yielded more and have the roommate on a month to month contract, but is it worth shelling out the money for AirBnBDNA to be able to input more "hard numbers" into the AirBnB calculations? 

I know that it is my fault for missing this clause in the deed before signing so I accept that responsibility but my question is does the title company or realtor have any liability in this matter?
