Hello all,

What cloud based software/website would you recommend for a landlord with the following:

- one to ten properties (single family and duplexes)

- no need to accept payments online

- ability to do general rent payment entries, call logs, service requests, etc

- no accounting required

Thank you

I've heard good things about cozy software. It is free and from what I've heard can do all of that. I personally use buildium. It's a great software, but it does cost about $45/month. I know they have a free trial period, so it would be worth it to check them both out and see which one best meets your needs. I'm sure there are plenty of other ones out there, but those are the two that I hear about regularly.
