Curious to hear what this community thinks about the proposed legislation to get rid of all income taxes and instead implement a sales/consumption tax?

Also from what I have seen as people do this, the values can change from the initial proposed value to the final values in July/August.   

@Alex FarberYour state's Realtor association might have an agreement you can utilize however, you could just give them a Letter of Intent (LOI) that clearly spells out what you propose in 1-2 pages.

If you are buying the proposed property from another investor, then I would be even more skeptical that the warrant (or repair work) is worth anything.

Yes, I've invested in a few.I would advise anyone considering such an investment to only do it if you understand and are sufficiently experienced in the proposed business and have enough information about the specific investment being offered that you could step in and be the general partner yourself.

I'm OK with the proposed rents from Sec. 8 since I ran my protections on $1800-1900/mo.
