I decided a long time ago that I didn't want to deal with lenders, negative title companies, uneducated agents who don't understand, creative financing, options, delayed settlements, subjects to financing deals, seller take back, split notes or JV offers.At 78 years old now and on home lock-Down, I have more time to do Joint Ventures with other investors nationwide and more time to practice my art.this is probably more information then you need to answer your questions.Good luck, be safe and stay healthy,Charlie

All of the windows are within 6 inches of the floor which concerns me in the likelihood that children would be in the unit.3.The bathroom is fairly small for a 4 bedroom unit and relocating or expanding it would be expensive and difficult4.The 4th bedroom is only 7x8 but space could be taken from a hallway and closet to expand it5.I considered simply boarding off the staircase to the 2 bedrooms and renting it as a 2 bedroom but it makes me feel like I’m throwing money out the window I submitted an offer for $400,000 ($399,000 list price) which was accepted.

and vice versa from your real estate agent side...On another note, just remember that license training really covers the info to keep you out of "real estate jail," i.e. various laws and practices at the Federal and your State level.

But, negotiable based on value provided by each person.On a practical level for the seller, doing a 40 year installment sale is really questionable and I'd never suggest to someone I love that they do that.
