@Walchli DonnaAs an fyi next time you do this use a licensed loan servicer and charge it back to the borrower - it’s $25-$30 / mo and they handle all the payments and loan balance as well handle all the tax documents as well.

This way, you can actually see how they will manage your property & tenants.

Also, be sure to clearly outline the agreement you have with your investor in a signed document so that there is no confusion on the back end.

In my opinion, this is much more effective than texting, which often feels like a constant game of cat and mouse with phone carriers.

I'm surprised I haven't seen any talk of this in the forums (or maybe I just missed it).
