Last night at 10:30 at night the old tenant just walked through the door and threatened my new people.

Toledo has many parks all around the area, especially near the Maumee River which runs down the center of the city and attracts many families in the area to go for evening walks, bike rides, picnics, fishing, kayaking, and more.However more articles have popped up since my last post.

The situation is my moms long time neighbor ~20 years passed away of old age, I didn’t know him personally but grew up just a few houses down and said hello daily on my walk home from school, normal neighbor stuff.

This was a straight forward deal, my investors walked in and immediately said- THIS IS IT!

If they favor the tenant over the landlord walk away.

I would try to approach it as a fire concern, that you need clear walking paths.

So I saw a printed sign that looked pretty slick from an LLC that "buys ugly houses" (and in hindsight it wasn't really that ugly of a house, just needed cosmetic repairs), and their guy did a walk-thru and was willing to make me an offer that gave me about $2k of the $12k or so equity I "thought" I had built up in the house (although prices had been dropping). 

We offer it to free for our clients because we know that it seals the deal when people walk through the space.   

So I would have some help there.I am sure I should just walk away from this, if only for my ignorance.

This home was being sold through Opendoor LLC. so we were able to walk through the home before we even spoke to a realtor.
