Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $158,000
Cash invested: $15,000

This house was perfect for my buy and hold buyers! They loved the location and the house is super cute, it just needed some paint and flooring to get it rent ready. This was a straight forward deal, my investors walked in and immediately said- THIS IS IT! I love working with them and am excited to get them into their next one!
