Heading to BPCON 2022 from 1-4 October and I've got a double room at the Hilton San Diego Bay Front hotel with two queen beds.

One piece is a detail bay for auto work (currently used by owner, willing to stay and work out a deal or I have a friend that wants to rent it for 800 a month possibly more) there's a tavern and bar on the first floor next door and there's a bourbon speakeasy in the basement.

He’s right about Little Haiti, there’s a lot of opportunities there and Cutler bay is getting hot too.

Multi Family in the east bay with a mix of short term and long term tenants...or a house hack to reduce your living expense.Sprinkle in a little Midwest properties and you could likely offset the majority of your housing expense here in the bay area.i have a few properties in mind that would work happy to run the numbers on em if you are interested.

And after one year repeating the same process.Option 2 Stay living with my parents paying little to no rent and invest out of state while being an agent in the Bay Area collecting bigger commission checks to purchase other properties.
