Good morning all,

I am a local from Tampa Bay full-time Real Estate Agent involved in the Residential/Commercial sectors servings clients from all walks of life. I have a B.A. from USF in International Studies/Naval Science and have served in the United States Navy (USN) as a Special Operations Senior EOD Technician. Ever seen the Hurt Locker? This is the best worst example I have to tell you what I use to do.

I am trying to get together with like minded individuals who show interest in the value of apartment building syndication investment business. I would really enjoy talking to people who are experienced or trying to get involved in this and potentially form partnerships as General Partners (GPs). If interested to invest more from a passive perspective, this can also be attainable as a Limiting Partner (LP). Let me know what you all think.

Thank you
