Taking Bids on a property I have under contract in Bay City Michigan. Looking for a qualified, licensed GC with a big network and team. Big project has 16 units and will need a complete rehab electric, flooring, drywall, plumbing, most bathrooms and kitchens also please PM if you are interested! Looking to get bid ASAP close and get right on it!
