They can point you to a broker or LO who is approved unless they can run your scenario in house with an internal rep.

But the actual tech migration is actually moving jobs internationally from USA to India. 

I've been thinking about taking my short term rental business international but don't necessarily want to go through the hassle of obtaining a visa.

It's very popular in cleveland, there is a lot of new luxury building, and international students are renting there.

I imagine it's in the IBC (international building code) that most jurisdictions adopt.
