Vacation Rentals Internationally

Chris Tedeschi
Posted

Good afternoon everyone.

My wife and I are U.S. citizens and own two units in a multi-family which we rent; also located in the U.S. We presently, however, have lived abroad in Spain for the past couple years and I wanted to know if anyone had some insight on vacation rentals there (or maybe the EU in general). I have very little knowledge of all that would go along with owning a rental internationally, and whether its profitable as a vacation home. (and ultimately... how will taxes affect all of it)

Would anyone be able to possibly point me in the right direction on where to find advice on the matter?

Thanks so much in advance,

Chris
