Here's how he has it structured:- he finds the deals (key here, your strong asset)- he has a rehab team on the ready that he works with- he is active in local REI Clubs (yes a nice source of leads for you)- he is also hosting free 1 night seminar per week that caters to this topic- he then has investors on the ready to pull the trigger when a deal is found- he has set terms already, 90 day velocity, x% return on invested funds.

They are like short courses on different strategies and the hosts do a good job of making it educational by asking a lot of how and why questions.  

I am in the process of switching my house flipping and wholesaling business to 100% cloud-based systems and processes.

Maybe we ought to teach them to better methods.Perhaps this is why most people seem to dislike bandit signs (including our BP hosts, @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin).

My hosts took over a property last year and substantially upgraded the property, they spend a lot more than $5K, but it was an initial rehab.
