Some examples of habitability codes are functional toilets, functional sinks, functional smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms, weathertight windows and doors leading outside, bathrooms must have a mechanical vent or an easily opened window, a bedroom must have an easily opened window and either two electrical outlets or one electrical outlet and a light fixture and all pipes, plumbing and electrical must be per code.

Tenants rarely report issues like leaking toilets and drains and considering how much damage can be caused in 3 short months I consider it mandatory.

If you know where to look you can get just about any mobile home in a park financed for a buyer so there is no great reason to carry paper.

I would replace before it's died or at the least have the new tank identified and ordered.I love the idea of scheduling, but getting 20 people to agree on a time is simply not possible.I proactively change out anything around plumbing, including tanks, toilet hoses, and garbage disposals.
