Quarterly inspection question

I have recently renovated a unit in my building. This is the first time I've done this kind of overhaul getting a place ready. I'm thinking about doing quarterly inspections just to make sure things aren't getting tore up. Has anyone done this? Also if things are getting tore up outside normal wear and tear how could I get them out? Thanks
