Quarterly inspection question
I have recently renovated a unit in my building. This is the first time I've done this kind of overhaul getting a place ready. I'm thinking about doing quarterly inspections just to make sure things aren't getting tore up. Has anyone done this? Also if things are getting tore up outside normal wear and tear how could I get them out?
Thanks

I do once a year inspections on my long term tenants. Now that I use 10 year batteries in smoke detectors, it's hard to be sneaky about doing an inspection. But they really don't mine if you stick to looking at appliances and not commenting on their personal belongings.
