Cute puppy...It would make me consider fix-and-flip / rehab rather than buy-and-hold....though I suspect forcing landlords to accept people with only temporary income (unemployment) and/or unreliable income (child support) will ultimately shake out as counter productive and be removed from the law either for that reason or maybe get struck down by the courts in a legal challenge.

@Jing TagleI'm sure those people know they're getting a sweet deal on that in SF.

But, one guy with an agenda sweet talks everyone, gets in on a ballot and gets enough votes to force us all to pay for his garage doors.  

Across the street from one of my houses is a homeowner who, periodically sells pit bull puppies. 

They are begging me to allow them to get a puppy- a French bulldog.

Hyperikon also makes pretty sweet bulbs, stay between 2700K and 3000K there as well.

My 22 pound rat terrier is a great dog - sweet, friendly, rarely barks, housetrained.  

And don't be taken in by the puppy eyes and a great story.  

Things to consider:- She says the dog is not aggressive- She says he does not destroy property- She says he's over the "puppy stage"- Her vet said the dog will likely not grow any more
