The second unit it occupied by Section 8 getting about a $400 discount but she will be only staying 1 additional month after closing.

Just adjust to the conditions, but stay in the game w/ deals that work. 

I would like to learn how to search out deals, negotiate and be comfortable with pulling the trigger, as I am sure that can be a difficult part of REI as well.

I do not feel too comfortable with having to pay for her side of the roof, but I could consider it if there is not other option, however, I am afraid of future liability issues if what the consultant stated is right. 2) $ 5620.00 by Bachman's Roofing, the Sales consultant, stated that there is not need to do my neighbors roof together.

I'm looking at a 3 bedroom 1 bath bath buy and hold that currently has tenants paying 1500 a month and want to stay. 

For a bird I would tell them to open windows and leave it alone for a while if they weren't comfortable catching it but I wouldn't be making the trip over or paying for anyone to help them get it out.

It is banned from most residential and school zones today and likely to stay that way.What are the Tradewinds that help it?
