You can also trust, that when those forms are changed or updated, as they are every few years, you will always have the most current lease agreement.When you work with a local attorney, they will gladly provide you with all of the forms you’ll need for no extra cost, ie. 5 day Notice, Security Deposit Disposition, Addendums, etc.Knowing you have an ironclad legal agreement based on current law, industry standard, that a local judge will recognize and understand, puts you ahead of the game.

Initial passing like you just had is also a hoop jump.. if your not prepared to know what they are expecting it's hard to see, BUT your PM should have been knowledgeable and given you a heads up so what repairs or changes were made could have been more prepared.
