What you're looking for in a foreclosure attorney

Hey, all: Me and my firm will be pitching note investors for their foreclosure work at the upcoming PaperSource conference. For those kind enough to share, what are your biggest gripes with law firms and their foreclosure processes? Do you want more updates? More timely filings when deadlines pass? Or just a heads up on the foreclosure process and whether the end is in sight? Your info will help greatly in our chase for a bigger pocket! Thanks in advance.
