@Rod LambeI've got something you could do ..it's free and it's easy and I doubt anyone here has tried this (would love to know if anyone has).. so I'm a flipper I've never wholesaled a property, not the biggest fan of wholesaling.

I'd like to think that brokers at that level would be working directly with some of these guys who have transacted with them before, making it even more difficult to shoe yourself in.
