Newbie Introduction / Advice for bp

Hey guys I'm a new investor in Arkansas. My wife and I currently occupy one unit of our first triplex.

I was turned on to biggerpockets by another small time local investor.

I have been a big fan of the podcasts, but am unfamiliar with the website.

Is there a search feature where i can look up content in the forums/blog?

Today i wanted to see some content on direct mail marketing, but I don't really know how to find it?
