I plan on super "spiffifying" this property, Good price for a nice little property.You said you wanted to super spiffy it up.I did a quick mockup of a more modern look.Hardieboard, stone, metal roof, eaves extended, etc...Lighter colors look bigger.Good Luck!

You shouldn’t have to ask any questions, other than what it is, they should have a criteria…EX:Less than 20 years old, 1800-2500sf, 3+bed/2+ bath, 2+ garage, stucco siding, non-flat tile roof, no grass in these zip codes/areas.  

Environment/neighborhood would cover the socio-economic aspects that determine your deal success in the long run.What I have found over the years is in a nutshell, a matter of relationships quality.

How much you keep is up to you, but I don't have a high W-2, so I make up for it in reserves that could cover major expenses (enough to replace roofs on several properties at once) That's for my peace of mind being a single parent running a business.

An inspector will look at the property and reveal any issues they see with mechanicals, roof, structure, plumbing, electrical, etc.

It made sense to have all units under one roof, one furnace, one sewer system...

Probably roof not even sure how long the list is but thats how it is looking.

Is that different between contractor and inspector and how much cost to hire them to inspect give me report total cost for repair or replace like electrical systems or plumbing or roof ? 

Common requirements are that there home has to have functioning roof and walls, utilities, toilets, etc.
