I pick up most of my properties from judicial foreclosure auctions!

Comparatively, the BG's website is far superior.I have a random question.What type of property codes are deemed acceptable to turn in Day Care Facility?

For 100k its pretty slim pickings in the better areas.

Just pick a stable market.

Anyone else have trouble picking a niche? 

Since I'm primarily interested in diversification at the moment, my guess is that if we do decide to jump into real estate, it will probably be in a more mixed form. . . starting with a SFH and picking up one or two MF later.
