Sometimes they are talking about rehabs, sometimes about apartments and sometimes about storage lockers.

Listen to Scott: let them look and they'll find they've already got an established area and taking the rental increase is worth not moving, renting storage, and spending resources searching for another location.

I'll disagree with the previous answer: to me, this is not an automatic "pass".

You stated previously that you'd be charging a "commission," which would be practicing real estate without a license....a felony.

I personally would do the previous, because I'm looking to create some net worth.
