I see all of these different platforms offering rental agreements for a specific state, applications, etc.

Is there a specific website where i could find these tenants or the best bet would be a platform such as Facebook or Craiglist?

The biggest takeaways from this platform, that I'm most looking forward to, are: further connecting with and learning from every level of professional (beginner to veteran) that Bigger Pockets has to offer.

Are there any 3rd party platforms you use (other than your own program) that you have used to analyze a market, or do you always just look at a handful of properties and compare them?

There is a ton of free information online in addition to coaching and mentorship platforms where you'd have access to even more information which is great if you're set on wholesaling and your investment/RE career strategy.

I tend to like Q&A type platforms and then learn that way.

Just the fact that you found this platform and are thinking about these hard questions means you're on a great path.
