While inspecting the home, we smelled extreme odor of pet urine through out the house.

(This particular unit is pet friendly, which are higher in demand so will help with revenue.) 

My mom is living in that apartment and she doesn't have pets so not sure how they would have held up with a really rough bad tenant but last time I was in her apartment they looked fine.
