If I did I may want to keep those ones completely separate from the other stuff regardless of how well tracked and "classed" my QB file is.From a legal standpoint, your attorney may make a case for breaking out each property and function into its own LLC.

If I were to invest that kind of money into education (as I do regularly) I would want it to involve hands on experience and potentially some form of partnership in the deals I want to establish credibility around.

But not sure if the plumbing is up to code because of old pipes, and there was no reason to redo the entire system if it was functional.

A good lender is someone that you would be willing to create a long term partnership with to fund future projects after the one you are currently working on is completed.
