Start by googling the organization and learning what you can.  

Even if you know nothing about source code, it has been scoured through and independently audited by many organizations/people. 

Then there is the variable cost of drafting the articles of organization, which LegalZoom will do for $189 or a good lawyer will do for $400-500.  

--Goal / Objectives--Without making this thread any longer - my goal is to learn more about RE investment and connect with other like minded RE Investors.

After all, it's usually a big organization that's dealing with the paperwork on a bunch of properties that they've never even seen.

Any advice on how to get organized since I manage my own properties and have two jobs?

the closest one is about an hour away and not many people in the organization yet.We did have a closing attorney/title company at the last meetup.  

My interest has always been in the investment side which has cost me a lot of hard earned cash chasing after the "shiny objects" offered by many peddlers. 

Though it wasn't argued that work didn't need to be done on the 8 buildings, these are repairs which have been known for as far back as the building of the complex.Against everyone's objection to their proposed repayment plan being unaffordable they pushed through loan.

I am not an expert but I used to work in high end houses as a cabinet Maker, installer and finisher, but I would think that all comes to your personal goals and objective, what do you intend to do with the property?
