Hi Everyone - I joined BP a few weeks ago and decided to finally do my intro post :)

Where and How I got here

I'm in LA and currently working full time as an IT Professional in a corporate environment. I've been thinking about RE investment for a while and for the past few weeks, I've been researching more and more about RE arena.  - - That's how I ended up on the BP website. I realized every question I typed on google came up with a result from BP.

Since then, I've been reading BP forums and listening to BP podcasts on my way back from home or before I hit the bed. @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin have been my bed time storytellers for the past few weeks. But they are pretty bad at it since I'm not falling a sleep >>as I have my complete attention to the podcasts.

--Goal / Objectives--

Without making this thread any longer - my goal is to learn more about RE investment and connect with other like minded RE Investors. Though I do not have a clear game plan on what to do as an Investor, I'm continuously analyzing my options. Whether to Flip or buy & hold; to do it around my neighborhood, or a 1-2 hour drive away.... Or to do it out of state. I plan to continue my research and education with the support from fellow members.

Thank you!
