We all need to eat and in some cases feed others..Question : Same area, SW FL should one look for a house ( poolman+gardner expense..) or a condo (HOA expense) for renting out?

The only reason I am considering it is because I have a lot of information and knowledge to create content BUT WOULD IT BENEFIT ME other then feeding an ego?

Realtor A has me set up on a MLS email feed so this new property just came through my email today, but that is the extent of it.

Why would anyone pay that is beyond me.Well one reason is most of the folks looking for this financing HAVE NO PERSONAL assets.. ergo the dream of getting rich in real estate with no money.. this company feeds right into that dream.. but again I have heard some folks get funded NOT many but there have been a few on BP if we can believe they are real.  

Appreciation doesn't feed my kids or grandkids. :-)I had to do one eviction (condo) and that took 2 weeks. 

Curious to hear what is common in other areas as well as feed back from people in New York City.

But I'm not sure they're there if you look at being able to pay the bills AND to continue to feed more deals.And, for me, I don't think I can ever consider quitting my job if it means not being able to do deals.

I have done deals where the bank holds on to the renovation money and feed it out as the improvements are done.Perhaps they don't need to be renovated and could just use a facelift on each turn. 

Actually, it's not marketing in the conventional way as much as it is networking, having persons in areas of influence or in positions that can facilitate opportunities that feed business to you.Consider building a loan servicing activity in your name.
