I'm also learning how to analyze deals. i have a rental calculator and i just plugged the numbers into it from redfin, this one was also easier because the person had the rent price in the description. you can use the rental calculator on bigger pockets, you get 5 free ones then you have to pay so i just found another one.

In addition to looking to the areas purely from a geographical perspective, I also want to gauge rental and RE growth prospects for that area 

If there is no full description on how the security deposit may be used after completion of the lease (damages, repairs, cleaning, etc.), and also in the event of termination (both apply), there would be gray area and state laws will apply.

It gave a legal description stating the lot and block number, but can’t seem to find the actual address.I did end up calling but they weren’t able to help me so I’m just wondering if anyone else would know how to find the addresses to those properties.I appreciate any help.

I always thought GJ was a prime geographic location in terms of the above.

The property description mentioned one of the units being completely renovated and the pictures of those renovations looked very well done (new stainless steel appliances, cabinets, flooring, as well as a new HVAC), although nothing could be said for the other unit. 

Adding that to your description upon sale and pointing it out to buyers will certainly help and not hurt your efforts to getting top dollar.
