That negative statement is about you, not about them, and you definitely come off as some kind of scam.If you're trying to do this business with no money or investment of your own, then you're very new in the game and this type of transaction is what hurts the reputation of investors.

@Dolly La Salle Those numbers will vary by the type of property you’re looking at.Our portfolio is 50 to 80 years old and we expect about 10% of gross rents in maintenance. 5% is a good vacancy rate.
