The administrative process for ALE to place tenants just takes way too long.

I'm in the process of exploring my options for obtaining a very short term bridge loan (30-90 days) and am reaching out for some guidance and recommendations. 

I want to develop a process, but don't want to waste time with gathering research points that are ineffective.

@Robby Sanchez there are lots of reasons that seller's won't fill these out.

The newer investor can step in and fill that role to create a partnership.The best way to find someone willing to partner is simply networking.
