The owner of this property that I am submitting an offer on in round rock is choosing not to provide a sellers disclosure. I plan on getting an inspection but is this a red flag? TIA

It could also mean that they haven't lived in it.  When I sold my rental, the disclosure wasn't that helpful for the seller as my realtor put unknown next to most things because I didn't live there and therefore didn't know their condition.
