If it is a debt project the platform would presumably have a lien and easily be able to prevent this.

On the side I will be starting my REI investing career in the Oakland County area but hope to expand over near Ann Arbor and in the Washtenaw County area in the near future.

Leverage their knowledge, time, and expertise and then you can laser focus your efforts on expanding the business.

Expanding on part of my original question... if I cannot separate the parcels and I plan to buy and hold, should I care that I can't separate them?
