Hello everyone! I'm new to bigger pockets but already see great benefit to being apart of the community. I'm mostly interested in a buy and hold strategy and already have used some creative financing for my first of many deals. I look forward to expanding my knowledge through BP and hope to one day be the one sharing some wisdom.
