I have one of my bird dog partners here in Oregon get wrung up as well.. he put a sign in the yard of a property he did not own.. neighbor was pissed off because the neighbor wanted the house neighbor knew this guy did not own it turned him in.. 15k later and a cease and desist. .he now brings me everything I close on them and we own them BEFORE we market them..

I wonder how it will affect insurance, the local law might say you cannot refuse a large breed dog, but some insurance carriers won't cover you because of said dog breed.
