That's why the costs are so high as well since they can be picky and only take the jobs where customers are not price sensitive.It's been pretty tough with contractors these days no matter the type.

A good inspection report is about 40 pages and has lots of pictures with arrows pointing at things - this is important because we supply the report also to the owner, so it needs to be easy to read and understand.

I'll add some pictures, just let me know if you think this is something that a newbie could take on or if anyone should even bother.
