Some before and after pictures of our most recently rehabbed unit in Norfolk Va.  When we purchased the building this unit was renting for $695.00 after the rehab we listed and signed the lease at $1000.00 in under 24 hours.  Loving the Norfolk and Virginia Beach Area looking for more in Hampton Roads!
