Too much for a newbie?

Went to look at a property today...I'm working on purchasing my first. I got to the property before my agent showed up so I began to look over the outside. I got to the crawlspace, which just had a metal panel leaned up against it, and peaked inside. It was completely submerged in water (about 2-3 ft deep at the entrance of the crawlspace). Tennessee has gotten a significant amount of rain over the week but this seems to be a bigger issue. The inside of the house had a musky smell. I'll add some pictures, just let me know if you think this is something that a newbie could take on or if anyone should even bother. Thanks!
