That said, @Michael Quarles, I've heard audio tracks on your coaching site where you play calls that came into your business, and it sounds like the young lady is pretty much following a SCRIPT.  

There's not as much one-on-one mentoring as I would like, but there's a decent community (not as organized or broad as BP) and coaching webinars every 2 weeks with interactive Q&A.I'm going to document my progress here, just like David Tower and a few others have done.

If you're even remotely considering a coach he should be on your short list.

The call center is not part of the gold coaching program but if you want to use the call center you have to be a gold coaching member.  

I place that at the feet of gurus, most coaches or mentors advocating popular strategies ignoring the underlying basics of RE, legal constraints, the economics of real estate, ethics and acceptable business practices into the realm of dealing as if they were dealing with other commodities like shoes.
