Out of curiosity, anyone care to share their biggest pain points, gripes, or frustrations with building financial models?

I think I am on a path to recovery, ready to check out the market tools to finally pick and market and find some deals!

This year, I finally made the leap and purchased a duplex and a SFH, all rented, all cash flowing beautifully, but have a question in regards to business structure and setup. 

A lot of syndication groups are finding this out the hard way.

@Timothy Blackman With probate properties, heirs are typically looking to simply cash out, not carry any financing.

Are there any comparable and reputable companies like this I can reach out too?

I briefed him on the procedure of early move out.

This residence is being paid for by cash, no mortgage, etc.
