There was a tendency to stretch, but with care, was able to adjust.I used a credit card to apply, as that was the only plastic straight edge I had with me!

I send out a few dozen post cards and get a potential seller that has a property they just simply need to get out of due to pending foreclosure.Could someone walk me through the (abbreviated) process from the point of getting an agreement of sale from the seller to assigning the contract to my buyer ?
