I kept their rent at $1500 for the third floor (2 BR) and $1700 for the second floor (3 BR), the first floor is 1 bedroom and a smaller 8x8 2nd BR I am thinking of $1500 as well.

I usually have a slab of either fresh salmon or smoked salmon or elk Jerkey as a warming gift. we call it Oregon Porch time.. this is our demographic this is who you play to.and you simply cannot learn these techniques on line or on BP... this is very advanced and well thought out marketing.
