Tonight I had a cold caller showing interest in my property.

PROS: a) minimally invasive; b) individual unit and in-unit-zone control; c) high efficiencyCONS: a) given Chicago's extreme cold snaps in winter, they cannot be (according to code) used as a "primary" heat source. - One possible solution would be to keep the existing boiler/baseboard system for backup and/or use in extreme cold (possibly triggered by an outside temperature sensor).

As an investor, you need to know your numbers, cold.

So I have an opportunity to do some cold calling for another Investor.

Those areas are harder to spot in this bitter winter. 

We get spammed and cold called by HML pretty frequently.

I have experience with door to door, but not cold calls for real eastat leads.

There are folks that do cold calling.
